What Is a Pizza Braid, Anyway?
First things first—a pizza braid is exactly what it sounds like. It’s pizza, but braided. Instead of a traditional round pie, you take pizza dough, roll it out, fill it with your favorite toppings (like pepperoni, cheese, olives, and tomatoes), and then braid the dough over the top. What you get is a gorgeous, golden loaf filled with melty, savory goodness.
Because of the way it’s made, it slices beautifully and is super easy to serve. Even better, it travels well, reheats like a dream, and works just as well cold as it does warm. So yes—it’s pizza perfection, guaranteed to please.
