Swedish Meatballs

Print Recipe

When you think of Swedish meatballs often Ikea comes to mind. Although Ikea did not invent Swedish meatballs, they do make some very good ones in the cafe.

Swedish meatballs are different from other meatballs because they are a mix of beef and pork and severed smothered in a delicious cream sauce. This is one of my favorite dinner recipes.
