The old fashioned is a classic Friday night fish fry drink served throughout supper clubs in Wisconsin. It can be made with either brandy or whiskey, either sweet or sour.
The traditional Wisconsin way is a brandy old fashioned. The bartender at every supper club is a master at making it perfectly every time.
Store bought old fashioned mix contains high fructose corn syrup, preservatives, and food dyes. We have created a delicious brandy old fashioned sour to enjoy with our at home fish fry. It contains real tart cherry juice, fresh clementines, brandy, and splash of sparkling grapefruit juice to top it off.
