We love Mexican food. It is by far the favorite in our house. After spending a few years in Tucson, I learned a lot about authentic Mexican cuisine and how amazing it is when it is made from scratch. This Mexican rice recipe is the best alongside fresh tamales, tacos, enchiladas- OMG I love it all.
