As a kid, we ate cheeseburger pasta from a box mix and a pound of ground beef. I remember liking it, but guess what? It is better made from scratch. Cheeseburger pasta is really easy to make, doesn’t require any special ingredients and can be made in ONE POT! I love it when there are less dishes to wash!
Making it from basic ingredients adds the nutrients of garlic and onions. These alliums provide the body with a boost in immune support. Fresh cheese, sour cream, and milk are a great source of vitamins and calcium, plus the creaminess is incomparable.
This one pot pasta dish can be made in less than an hour, making it a great weeknight meal. Any leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and are just as good as the day it was made.
