Creamy coleslaw
Ingredients
- 1½ cups Cabbage (shredded)
- 1/2 cup Carrots (shredded)
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp White vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Sea salt
- 1/4 tsp Fresh ground pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Toss in cabbage and carrots.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 2 days.
