- 1 tsp Blackened seasoning
- 1 8oz Sirloin steak
- 1-2 hearts Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 pint Cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 Red onion, sliced
- 2 Mini cucumbers, sliced
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 1 cup Blue Cheese
Instructions
- Heat the grill to medium high heat.
- Season the sirloin steak on both sides with blackened seasoning.
