Equipment

  • Oven safe ceramic baking dish

Ingredients
 

  • cups Jasmine rice
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • ¼ cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 pound Chicken tenderloins

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  • Pour the rice into a 2 quart oven safe baking dish.
  • Cut the butter into small pieces and spread the pieces evenly over the rice.
  • Add the sour cream, heavy cream, chicken broth, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the baking dish. Stir to combine all of the ingredients.
  • Add the chicken tenderloins to the baking dish and slightly push them down into the rice so that they are covered with rice and creamy broth.
  • Bake for 55 minutes.
  • Remove the dish from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
