- 1½ cups Jasmine rice
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- ¼ cup Heavy cream
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ tsp Sea salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- 1 pound Chicken tenderloins
Preheat the oven to 350℉.
Pour the rice into a 2 quart oven safe baking dish.
Cut the butter into small pieces and spread the pieces evenly over the rice.
Add the sour cream, heavy cream, chicken broth, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the baking dish. Stir to combine all of the ingredients.
Add the chicken tenderloins to the baking dish and slightly push them down into the rice so that they are covered with rice and creamy broth.
Bake for 55 minutes.
Remove the dish from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
