Salmon Sliders

Ingredients
- 1 pan Slider buns
- 1 pound Wild Caught Salmon filets
- 1 cup Arugula
- 1/2 cup Pickled red onions
Garlic Mayonnaise spread
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Horseradish, prepared
- 1 tbsp Chives, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium heat.
- Remove any excess water from the salmon filets with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
- Add 2 tbsp of avocado oil to the hot skillet and sear the salmon filets for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the filets from the skillet, remove the skin, and allow to rest while preparing the other ingredients.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, garlic, horseradish sauce, chives, and black pepper.
- Slice the slider buns in half and spread the garlic mayonnaise over the bottom half of the buns. Place the arugula onto the buns.
- Cut the salmon filets to fit on to the sliders. Return the top bun to the sliders and serve 3-4 per person.
