Remove any excess water from the salmon filets with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
Add 2 tbsp of avocado oil to the hot skillet and sear the salmon filets for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the filets from the skillet, remove the skin, and allow to rest while preparing the other ingredients.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, garlic, horseradish sauce, chives, and black pepper.
Slice the slider buns in half and spread the garlic mayonnaise over the bottom half of the buns. Place the arugula onto the buns.
Cut the salmon filets to fit on to the sliders. Return the top bun to the sliders and serve 3-4 per person.
