Ingredients
 

  • 1 pan Slider buns
  • 1 pound Wild Caught Salmon filets
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 1/2 cup Pickled red onions

Garlic Mayonnaise spread

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium heat.
  • Remove any excess water from the salmon filets with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
  • Add 2 tbsp of avocado oil to the hot skillet and sear the salmon filets for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the filets from the skillet, remove the skin, and allow to rest while preparing the other ingredients.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, garlic, horseradish sauce, chives, and black pepper.
  • Slice the slider buns in half and spread the garlic mayonnaise over the bottom half of the buns. Place the arugula onto the buns.
  • Cut the salmon filets to fit on to the sliders. Return the top bun to the sliders and serve 3-4 per person.
