Chocolate Chip Sourdough Pancakes

Pancake batter from scratch is so easy! Here is a batter that uses sourdough starter discard. The pancakes are amazingly fluffy with a slight flavor of sourdough. Top it off with a nice square of butter and drizzled with pure maple syrup, breakfast is served! Hot and delicious!

So why make the batter from scratch? Because it is easy, tastes better, and has zero preservatives.
