Tuna Steak Salad
This seared tuna steak salad is a fresh, light meal that's perfect for warm summer evenings. Thick tuna steaks are simply seasoned with salt and pepper, then quickly seared until golden on the outside and rare in the center for the best flavor and texture. Served over crisp lettuce with sliced radishes, red onion, and feta cheese, then finished with a homemade honey Dijon vinaigrette, this easy salad comes together in under 30 minutes and makes a healthy, protein-packed lunch or dinner for four.
