Ingredients
- 4 Flour tortillas
- 1 8oz package Cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 pound Deli turkey
- 1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
- 1 head Romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 Roma tomato, diced
Instructions
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, and pepper. Mix to combine into a smooth spread.
- On a large work surface, lay out the flour tortillas.
- Spread 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture into each of the tortillas.
- On the bottom half of the tortilla, lay a few slices of turkey to cover the whole bottom half.
