- 4 Flour tortillas
- 1 8oz package Cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 pound Deli turkey
- 1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
- 1 head Romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 Roma tomato, diced
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, and pepper. Mix to combine into a smooth spread.
On a large work surface, lay out the flour tortillas.
Spread 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture into each of the tortillas.
On the bottom half of the tortilla, lay a few slices of turkey to cover the whole bottom half.
Sprinkle the lettuce, tomato, and cheese onto the turkey.
Roll the tortillas very tight from the turkey end to the side of the tortilla that is just cream cheese.
Wrap the rolled tortillas tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for the cream cheese mixture to firm up.
Remove the rolled tortillas from the refrigerator and remove the plastic wrap.
Cut each rolled tortilla into 6 pieces. There will be 24 pinwheels in total.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
