Ingredients
 

  • 4 Flour tortillas
  • 1 8oz package Cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 pound Deli turkey
  • 1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 Roma tomato, diced

Instructions
 

  • In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, and pepper. Mix to combine into a smooth spread.
  • On a large work surface, lay out the flour tortillas.
  • Spread 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture into each of the tortillas.
  • On the bottom half of the tortilla, lay a few slices of turkey to cover the whole bottom half.
  • Sprinkle the lettuce, tomato, and cheese onto the turkey.
  • Roll the tortillas very tight from the turkey end to the side of the tortilla that is just cream cheese.
  • Wrap the rolled tortillas tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for the cream cheese mixture to firm up.
  • Remove the rolled tortillas from the refrigerator and remove the plastic wrap.
  • Cut each rolled tortilla into 6 pieces. There will be 24 pinwheels in total.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
