Tzatziki Sauce

Tzatziki sauce is a creamy sauce or dip that originates in Greece. It is so delicious in gyros. I also use it as a veggie dip, served with falafel, or just spread on a pita for a quick snack.

The traditional way of making tzatziki sauce is with greek yogurt. I make it with sour cream for a richer and creamy texture.

This tzatziki sauce can be used right away. Any leftover can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
