Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350℉ and grease the bread pan.
Melt the coconut oil in a large mixing bowl.
Add the sugar, eggs, vanilla, almond extract, milk, and sour cream. Beat until smooth.
Gently mix in the flour, baking powder and sea salt.
Fold in the almond slices and cherries until just combined, being careful to not overmix.
Pour the batter into the greased bread pan.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
Sprinkle over the entire batter edge to edge.
Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove to a cooling rack and allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before icing.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, almon extract, and milk. Stir until smooth.
Pour the icing over the top of the bread.
Can be served immediately.
