In a large mixing bowl, combine:3 tbsp Peanut butter3 tbsp Honey2 tbsp Rice vinegar2 tsp Soy sauce1/2 tsp Sesame oil1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped1/2 tsp Ginger, freshly grated1 clove Garlic, minced1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper1/4 tsp Black pepper
Add the shredded chicken to the mixed sauce and stir to coat the chicken.
Lay the flour tortillas on a large work surface and spread 1/4 cup of cabbage, 1 tbsp of carrots, 1 tbsp of peanuts and 1/4 of the chicken down the middle of each tortilla.
Fold over the sides of the tortillas 1 inch on each side and roll tightly to wrap the ingredients. Serve immediately.
