  • Preheat the oven to 375℉.
  • Line the sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Cut the baguette into 1 inch slices. Place the slices onto the sheet pan and generously brush with extra virgin olive oil.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the baguette slices begin to toast.
  • Remove from the oven and place the baguette slices onto a serving platter.
  • Thinly slice the avocado and place onto the toasted baguettes.
  • Sprinkle sea salt and cilantro over the top of the avocado.
  • Add a light drizzle of olive oil over the top and squeeze lime juice over all of the prepared crostinis.
  • Serve immediately or within 2 hours.
