  • Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  • Grease one bread pan with butter and add a parchment paper sling inside the bread pan if desired.
  • In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter in the microwave.
  • Remove from the microwave and stir in the sugar.
  • Add the bananas to the bowl and stir to combine.
  • Add the eggs and stir again to combine all the ingredients.
  • Measure the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon into the mixing bowl. Gently fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the bread pan and smooth the top with the spatula.
  • Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Remove the banana bread from the oven and cool on a cooling rack for 30 minutes before removing from the bread pan.
  • Allow to cool for another 30 minutes before slicing.
