  • 1 pound Argentine Shrimp
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Avocado oil

  • In a medium sized bowl, soak the shrimp in the milk.
  • In a second bowl, combine the panko, tapioca flour, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
  • Heat the avocado oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat.
  • In the third bowl, stir to combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, sweet chili sauce, agave syrup, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper. Set aside.
  • Once the oil is hot, dip the shrimp, one at a time into the flour bowl, coating the shrimp in flour. Place the shrimp into the skillet and fry for 4-5 minutes per side.
  • Remove cooked shrimp from the skillet to a paper towel lined plate. Once all the shrimp are cooked, serve immediately.
