Cook bacon until crispy, either in a skillet or baked in a 350℉ oven for about 20-25 minutes or until nice and crispy.
Preheat the oven to 425℉
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken and a 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce. Stir to cover all the chicken with the BBQ sauce.
Flour the work surface for the pizza dough and stretch into a 12-inch pizza circle. Place the dough onto a pizza pan.
Spread the remainder 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce over the center of the pizza dough, leaving an inch around the outside not sauced.
Using a pastry brush, lightly brush the outer crust of the dough with olive oil.
Sprinkle the garlic powder onto the oiled dough. This will give the crust a garlic bread like flavor.
Evenly spread the BBQ chicken over the entire sauced pizza.
Sprinkle the chopped, crispy bacon over the chicken.
Cover the chicken and bacon with the cheeses.
Evenly sprinkle the banana peppers, onion, and cilantro over the cheese.
Bake the BBQ chicken pizza for 15-20minutes, or until the crust is crispy on the bottom and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
After removing the pizza from the oven, allow to rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
