Ingredients
 

  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Lager beer
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, freshly shredded

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Add the ranch mix and beer.
  • Mix again with the mixer until the ingredients are combined.
  • Add the shredded cheese to the mixing bowl and fold in using a silicone spatula.
