- 1/2 pound Bacon
- 2 Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 pint Cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Homemade croutons
- Ranch Dressing
Preheat the oven to 375℉.
Lay the bacon slices on the sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes or until crispy.
Remove the bacon slices from the sheet pan to a paper towel lined plate to drain and cool. Once cooled, roughly chop the bacon.
Fill each serving plate with chopped romaine lettuce.
Add the cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar, chopped bacon, and croutons to the salad.
Serve with ranch dressing on the side.
