- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp White vinegar
- 1 tbsp Chives, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup Blue cheese
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine1/2 cup Sour cream1/2 cup Mayonnaise1/2 cup Milk2 tbsp White vinegar Add 1 tbsp Chives, chopped, 1 clove Garlic, minced, 1/4 tsp Sea salt, and 1/2 tsp Black pepper, and 1/2 cup Blue cheese.
