Brandy Beef Tips and Gravy

These crockpot beef tips in gravy are made with seared stew meat, beef stock, soy sauce, and a splash of brandy. Deglazing the skillet with brandy lifts the flavorful browned bits and adds depth to the gravy. Slow cook until the beef is fork-tender, then thicken with a cornstarch slurry. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
