Ingredients
 

  • 1 6 oz can Black olives, pitted
  • 1 8oz container Fresh Mozzarella pearls
  • 1 pint Cherry tomatoes
  • 2-3 tbsp Freshly chopped Basil
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Drain and rinse the black olives. Pour into the large mixing bowl.
  • Drain the liquid from the mozzarella pearls and add to the mixing bowl.
  • Add the cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
  • Stir to combine and serve immediately.
