- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 pound Chicken (lightly seasoned with Sea salt, black pepper, and onion powder)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 pound Green beans
- 1 cup Chicken broth
Begin by cutting chicken into bite sized pieces and seasoning with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
Melt the butter in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat.
Add the chicken and sear on all sides.
Add the minced garlic, italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, sriracha, lemon juice, green beans, and chicken broth to the skillet.
Simmer for 20 minutes, tossing to ensure all of the beans cook evenly.
Serve once the liquid is absorbed and the green beans are crisp tender.
