5 Large Flour tortillas 1 8oz package Cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 1 tbsp Ranch seasoning 1 pound Chicken breast, cooked and diced 1/2 pound Bacon, cooked and crumbled 2 cups Lettuce, shredded 2 cups Cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
On a large work surface, lay out the flour tortillas.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over each of the tortillas.
Sprinkle the diced chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded lettuce, and shredded cheese over each of the tortillas.
Roll the tortillas tightly and wrap with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before slicing each roll into 6 pinwheels.
