- 1 8 oz package Cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 pound Lump crab meat
- 2 Green onions, diced
- 1 Romaine lettuce, shredded
- Wonton strips
- 6 Flour tortillas
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder and soy sauce until smooth.
Stir in the crab meat and green onions.
Spread evenly onto the flour tortillas.
Add about 1/4 cup of shredded lettuce and 1/4 cup of wonton strips to each tortilla.
Tightly roll the tortillas, wrap with plastic, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
When ready to serve, remove the rolls from the refrigerator and slice each into 6 pinwheels.
