Ingredients
 

  • 1 8 oz package Cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 pound Lump crab meat
  • 2 Green onions, diced
  • 1 Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • Wonton strips
  • 6 Flour tortillas

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder and soy sauce until smooth.
  • Stir in the crab meat and green onions.
  • Spread evenly onto the flour tortillas.
  • Add about 1/4 cup of shredded lettuce and 1/4 cup of wonton strips to each tortilla.
  • Tightly roll the tortillas, wrap with plastic, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • When ready to serve, remove the rolls from the refrigerator and slice each into 6 pinwheels.
