In a large mixing bowl, beat the brown sugar and butter until smooth.
Add the eggs and mix until combined.
Add the flour, baking soda, sea salt. Stir to form the dough.
Fold in the oats, dried cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
Cover the dough and refrigerate for one hour.
Preheat the oven to 350℉.
Scoop the dough into 2 tbsp balls and space out on parchment paper lined sheet pans.
Bake for 10-11 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the pan for 2 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
