  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the brown sugar and butter until smooth.
  • Add the eggs and mix until combined.
  • Add the flour, baking soda, sea salt. Stir to form the dough.
  • Fold in the oats, dried cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
  • Cover the dough and refrigerate for one hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  • Scoop the dough into 2 tbsp balls and space out on parchment paper lined sheet pans.
  • Bake for 10-11 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the pan for 2 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
