Preheat the oven to 425℉.
Dry the chicken wings with paper towel to remove as much water as possible.
In a mixing bowl, stir to combine:2 tbsp Olive oil1 tsp Garlic powder1 tsp Onion powder1 tsp Chili powder1/2 tsp Chipotle chili powder1 tsp Smoked paprika1/2 tsp Cumin1 tsp Sea salt1/2 tsp Pepper Place the chicken wings into the spice rub and using your hands, coat the wings with the spices.
Place the wings on to a sheet pan and bake for 50-55 minutes, flipping the wings once halfway through.
Remove the sheet pan from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
