Ingredients
 

  • 6 cups Shredded cabbage
  • 1 large Carrot, shredded cheese,
  • 1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Jalepeno
  • 1/2 cup White vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 tsp Oregano

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Stir to mix and coat the vegetables with the vinegar.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
