In a stand mixer, combine water, yeast, and sugar. Allow a few minutes for the yeast to activate.
Add the honey, butter, and flour to the mixer.
Using the dough hook attachment, knead the dough for about 6-8 minutes.
Remove the dough hook, cover the bowl and allow the dough to rest while preparing the other ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 425℉.
Core, skin, and dice the apples into small 1/2 inch pieces. Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon and apple pieces together in a bowl, coating the apples completely. Set aside.
In another mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and butter.
Mix with a fork until the flour is mixed in and the streusel is a clumpy, sandy texture.
Lightly flour a work surface and stretch the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle.
Place the dough onto the pizza pan.
Evenly spread the apple mixture on top of the pizza dough.
Sprinkle the streusel over the top of the apples.
Bake the Dutch apple pie pizza for 15-18 minutes, or until the bottom crust is brown and some of the apple filling is bubbling.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a cooling rack for at least 20 minutes before icing the top.
To make the icing, start by melting the butter in the microwave.
Add the vanilla, milk, and powdered sugar.
Whisk until smooth.
Drizzle the icing over the entire Dutch apple pie pizza and serve warm.
This can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
