3 Large russet potatoes 1/2 tsp Sea salt 1/2 tsp Black pepper 2 tbsp Avocado Oil 4 cloves Garlic, minced 1/4 cup Butter, cut in cubes 2 sprigs Rosemary 1 cup Chicken broth
Preheat the oven to 400℉.
Wash and peel the potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into 2-inch round slices.
Dry the potato pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Place the skillet into the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the skillet from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
