Ingredients
 

  • 1 pound Gnocchi
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Sauté the garlic in the butter for about 30 seconds.
  • Add the gnocchi to the skillet and allow to crisp in the hot butter for 5-8 minutes, tossing occasionally.
  • Season the gnocchi with salt, stirring to coat.
  • Turn off the heat and top with the parmesan cheese.
  • Serve immediately.
