- 4 Flour Tortillas
- 1 pound Deli ham
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 8oz package Cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Poppyseeds
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce, shredded
- 8 Pickle spears, diced
In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, honey, dijon, and poppy seeds.
Lay the tortillas on a large work surface and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto each of the tortillas.
Lay 2-3 slices of deli ham onto each tortilla.
Place two slices of swiss cheese on top of the ham of each tortilla wrap.
Sprinkle the lettuce and diced pickles on top of the cheese.
Tightly roll the tortillas, and wrap with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Remove from the refrigerator, remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll into 6 pinwheels. Serve immediately.
