  • 2 Large baking potatoes
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chives, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400℉.
  • Place 2 large sheets of aluminum foil on the counter.
  • Wash the potatoes and slice 3/4 of the way through the potatoes about 1/4 inch apart, several times from one end of the potato to the other.
  • Place the sliced potatoes on the aluminum foil sheets.
  • Spread the butter over the top of the potatoes and season with salt, pepper, and chives.
  • Wrap the potatoes completely with the foil and bake or grill for one hour to 70 minutes.
  • After baking, allow the potatoes to cool in the foil for 10 minutes.
