- 2 Large baking potatoes
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Chives, chopped
Preheat the oven to 400℉.
Place 2 large sheets of aluminum foil on the counter.
Wash the potatoes and slice 3/4 of the way through the potatoes about 1/4 inch apart, several times from one end of the potato to the other.
Place the sliced potatoes on the aluminum foil sheets.
Spread the butter over the top of the potatoes and season with salt, pepper, and chives.
Wrap the potatoes completely with the foil and bake or grill for one hour to 70 minutes.
After baking, allow the potatoes to cool in the foil for 10 minutes.
