- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- pinch Ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 3 cups Bread, cut in cubes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Prepare sheet pan with parchment paper lining.
Melt butter in the microwave for 30 seconds or until completely melted.
Place bread cubes in a large mixing bowl. Pour butter over bread and toss to coat all the pieces.
In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
sprinkle seasonings on to the bread cubes, tossing every so often to get all the seasoning distributed evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes or until bread cubes begin to brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool before using.
Can be stored at room temperature for 2 weeks.
