Ingredients
 

  • 1 pound Lobster meat
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Celery rib, diced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Old bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • Garlic salt
  • 4 Hot dog buns

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the broiler on high.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
  • Stir in the diced celery, chopped chives, parsley, old bay seasoning, sea salt and black pepper.
  • Butter the hotdog buns and lightly sprinkle garlic salt to season.
  • Place the buns in the oven and broil for 3-5 minutes, or until toasted.
  • Remove the buns from the oven and fill each generously with the lobster mixture.
  • Serve immediately with a lemon wedge if desired.
