- 1 pound Lobster meat
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Celery rib, diced
- 2 tbsp Fresh Chives, chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Old bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 4 tbsp Butter
- Garlic salt
- 4 Hot dog buns
Preheat the broiler on high.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
Stir in the diced celery, chopped chives, parsley, old bay seasoning, sea salt and black pepper.
Butter the hotdog buns and lightly sprinkle garlic salt to season.
Place the buns in the oven and broil for 3-5 minutes, or until toasted.
Remove the buns from the oven and fill each generously with the lobster mixture.
Serve immediately with a lemon wedge if desired.
