2 cups White rice, cooked 4 Quarter pound burger patties, grilled 4 Eggs Brown Gravy 3 tbsp Butter 3 tbsp Flour 1/2 tsp Onion powder 1/4 tsp Garlic powder 1/4 tsp Sea salt 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 2 cups Beef stock
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the flour and whisk together for 3-4 minutes.
Slowly add the beef stock, whisking continuously.
Whisk in the onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, and worcestershire sauce.
Simmer for 5-10 minutes or until thickened.
Reduce heat to low to keep warm and stir occasionally while preparing the other ingredients.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Reduce to medium low.
Fry the eggs until the whites are mostly set, flip, and cook for an additional 20 to 30 seconds.
To serve, scoop 1/2 cup of white rice onto a plate.
Place a grilled burger patty on top of the rice.
Ladle 1/2 cup of gravy over the burger patty.
Place the over easy egg on top. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions and serve immediately.
