Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups White rice, cooked
  • 4 Quarter pound burger patties, grilled
  • 4 Eggs

Brown Gravy

  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups Beef stock

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the flour and whisk together for 3-4 minutes.
  • Slowly add the beef stock, whisking continuously.
  • Whisk in the onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, and worcestershire sauce.
  • Simmer for 5-10 minutes or until thickened.
  • Reduce heat to low to keep warm and stir occasionally while preparing the other ingredients.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Reduce to medium low.
  • Fry the eggs until the whites are mostly set, flip, and cook for an additional 20 to 30 seconds.
  • To serve, scoop 1/2 cup of white rice onto a plate.
  • Place a grilled burger patty on top of the rice.
  • Ladle 1/2 cup of gravy over the burger patty.
  • Place the over easy egg on top. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions and serve immediately.
