Remove stems and seeds from the chiles and roughly chop.
Place the chiles into a blender jar.
Add the vinegar and salt.
Blend until smooth.
Pour the hot sauce into a clean quart sized mason jar. Cover and refrigerate for 2 weeks.
Remove the jar from the refrigerator and pour into a stockpot. Heat to a slight simmer.
Pour the hot sauce through a fine mesh strainer into a clean stockpot.
Heat the strained hot sauce to 180℉. Maintain 180℉ or above for 10 minutes.
Using a food funnel, pour the hot sauce into clean woozy bottles. Tighten the cap and turn the bottles upside down for 5 minutes.
Turn the bottles right side up and store.
