1 pound Chicken breasts, boneless/skinless 1/4 cup Butter 1/2 cup Chicken broth 2 tsp Ranch seasoning 4 Pepperoncinis 6 Buns Provolone cheese sliced pepperoncini or hot banana peppers
Place the chicken breasts in a 4 quart crockpot.
Add the butter, chicken broth, ranch seasoning, and pepperoncini.
Slow cook on low for 4-5 hours.
Remove the chicken from the crockpot and shred with a fork. Return the chicken to the crockpot stir to soak up any broth and seasoning remaining in the crockpot.
Keep crockpot on warm setting until ready to serve.
Toast the buns under the broiler for 3-4 minutes.
Fill each bun with chicken, topped with provolone and peppers. Serve immediately.
