Ingredients
 

  • 1 pound Chicken breasts, boneless/skinless
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tsp Ranch seasoning
  • 4 Pepperoncinis
  • 6 Buns
  • Provolone cheese
  • sliced pepperoncini or hot banana peppers

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken breasts in a 4 quart crockpot.
  • Add the butter, chicken broth, ranch seasoning, and pepperoncini.
  • Slow cook on low for 4-5 hours.
  • Remove the chicken from the crockpot and shred with a fork. Return the chicken to the crockpot stir to soak up any broth and seasoning remaining in the crockpot.
  • Keep crockpot on warm setting until ready to serve.
  • Toast the buns under the broiler for 3-4 minutes.
  • Fill each bun with chicken, topped with provolone and peppers. Serve immediately.
