Equipment

  • small mixing bowl
  • box grater
  • 6-inch stainless steel pan
  • Silicone spatula

Ingredients
 

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Water
  • 2 tbsp Freshly grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp Diced meat

Instructions
 

  • Heat the butter in a 6-inch pan over medium low heat.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and water until the eggs are scrambled.
  • Pour the eggs into the pan, swirl the pan a little and watch for the eggs to firm up a bit.
  • Once the eggs have cooked and are strong enough to flip, gently slide the spatula under the egg to loosen it from the pan.
  • Quickly flip the entire egg.
  • Sprinkle the desired ingredients on top of half of the omelet.
  • Using the spatula, gently fold the unfilled side over the top of the filled side.
  • Allow to cook for another minute to warm the ingredients and melt the cheese.
  • Using the spatula again, gently remove the omelet from the pan to a plate.
  • Serve immediately.
