- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Water
- 2 tbsp Freshly grated cheese
- 2 tbsp Diced meat
Heat the butter in a 6-inch pan over medium low heat.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and water until the eggs are scrambled.
Pour the eggs into the pan, swirl the pan a little and watch for the eggs to firm up a bit.
Once the eggs have cooked and are strong enough to flip, gently slide the spatula under the egg to loosen it from the pan.
Quickly flip the entire egg.
Sprinkle the desired ingredients on top of half of the omelet.
Using the spatula, gently fold the unfilled side over the top of the filled side.
Allow to cook for another minute to warm the ingredients and melt the cheese.
Using the spatula again, gently remove the omelet from the pan to a plate.
Serve immediately.
