Ingredients
 

  • 2 Large cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup Red onion, slices
  • 1/4 cup Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Slice the cucumbers in 1/4 inch slices and place into the mixing bowl.
  • Add the red onion slices, rice vinegar, sea salt, black pepper, and sugar.
