- 8 oz package Cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Horseradish sauce
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/4 cup Red onion, diced
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- Romaine lettuce
- 1 Roma tomato, chopped
- 1 pound Deli Roast beef
- 6 Flour tortillas
Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until light and airy.
Add the mayonnaise, horseradish, garlic, and black pepper. Beat again to combine.
Using a spatula, fold the diced onion and cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla
Lay one piece of romaine lettuce down the center of each tortilla.
Spread the diced tomatoes onto each lettuce leaf.
Add the roast beef on top of the lettuce and tomatoes.
Tightly roll the tortilla and wrap individually with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate the rolled tortillas for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
When ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll into 6 pinwheels.
