Ingredients
 

  • 8 oz package Cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Horseradish sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Red onion, diced
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Romaine lettuce
  • 1 Roma tomato, chopped
  • 1 pound Deli Roast beef
  • 6 Flour tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until light and airy.
  • Add the mayonnaise, horseradish, garlic, and black pepper. Beat again to combine.
  • Using a spatula, fold the diced onion and cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla
  • Lay one piece of romaine lettuce down the center of each tortilla.
  • Spread the diced tomatoes onto each lettuce leaf.
  • Add the roast beef on top of the lettuce and tomatoes.
  • Tightly roll the tortilla and wrap individually with plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate the rolled tortillas for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • When ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll into 6 pinwheels.
