- 1 pound Red radishes, trimmed and cleaned
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 sprig Rosemary
- 1 clove Garlic
Preheat the oven to 425℉.
Place the radishes on a sheet pan and spray with olive oil.
Toss the radishes around on the sheet pan to coat with the oil.
Add minced garlic and the rosemary sprig, toss again to mix the garlic in with the radishes.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the radishes are fork tender.
Serve immediately.
