  • 1 pound Red radishes, trimmed and cleaned
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 sprig Rosemary
  • 1 clove Garlic

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425℉.
  • Place the radishes on a sheet pan and spray with olive oil.
  • Toss the radishes around on the sheet pan to coat with the oil.
  • Add minced garlic and the rosemary sprig, toss again to mix the garlic in with the radishes.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until the radishes are fork tender.
  • Serve immediately.
