roasted red pepper dressing

Roasted Red Pepper Dressing

This roasted red pepper dressing is smooth, smoky, and slightly sweet with a bright, tangy finish. Blended pickled roasted red peppers create a rich base that’s balanced with garlic, olive oil, and simple seasoning for depth. It pours easily over salads, works as a flavorful drizzle for grain bowls, and even doubles as a sauce for sandwiches or grilled vegetables. Bold yet balanced, it adds instant color and flavor to everyday meals.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Pour the entire jar of Pickled Roasted Red Peppers into a blender.
  • Add the honey, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • See notes if using store bought roasted red peppers (they are not pickled, so more ingredients will be needed)

Notes

If using store bought roasted red peppers (12 oz jar), they are not pickled so you will need to add 2 cloves of garlic and 1/4 cup of white vinegar to the blender.
The garlic and vinegar is already in the home canned Pickled Roasted Red Peppers.
