- 1 lb Pork sausage, ground
- 1/2 cup Yellow onion, diced
- 2 8oz Cream cheese
- 4 cups Cheddar, shredded
- 1 cup Lager beer
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Sea salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
Heat a skillet over medium.
Cook the pork sausage and onions until no longer pink and the onions are translucent and soft. Drain excess grease on a paper towel lined plate.
Combine sausage, onions, cream cheese, beer, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in the crockpot.
Turn crockpot on low. Allow the ingredients to warm over 1 hour. Stir to mix all ingredients together.
Serve immediately.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Microwave to reheat.
