Ingredients
 

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 head Cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the onions and cook until tender and translucent.
  • Once the onions are soft, add the cabbage, garlic, and salt.
  • Sautee all of the vegetables, stirring often to prevent sticking, for 15 to 20 minutes. The sauteed cabbage is ready to serve once it is tender.
